  • New Client Policy
    All new clients receiving a medical treatments are required to have a pre-screening done virtually via SpaKinnect. This screening takes no more than 10 minutes and allows you to receive all of your favorite medical treatments. Screening cost is $30 are valid for one year. Treatments include the following: B12/ Lipo (MIC) Injection Botox Chemical Peels Dermaplaning HydraFacial Hylenex Kybella Microneedling with PRP/PRF PDO Threads Plasma/ Fibroblast Pen PRP/PRF Hair Restoration PRP/PRF Injection Dermal Fillers
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    For all services, we require a 50% deposit at time of booking. You must have a credit card on file, and deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking or appointment will not be reserved. You must provide us with a notice of cancellation more than 48 hours ahead of your appointment. Any cancellation made in less than 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee and charged the full amount of the original service booked. If you have cancelled more than 3 times in a row, you may get denied future services and lose your deposit. Our top priority is to serve you, we reserve those special time slots specifically for you because we value your business and time. We are thankful you’re choosing us for your health and beauty needs. Please understand we work by appointment only and our staffs time away from family to serve you is important as well, therefore our cancellation policy is strict. If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time and the service provider's schedule does not allow them to still service you, the appointment will be considered a no-show and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. Please call ahead of time to make us aware of your situation. Non-cancellations or “NO SHOWS” will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. Again, please understand that we work by appointment only.
  • Am I able to get a refund?
    WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUNDS POLICY ON ALL DEPOSITS, SERVICES, AND RETAIL PRODUCTS SOLD.
  • When are you open?
    We are open Monday through Saturday 10 am to 6pm. Closed on Sunday. We also offer 24/7 online booking for your convenience.
  • Do you speak Spanish?
    Yes, we are fully bilingual and ready to answer any questions.
  • Do you host parties?
    Absolutely, just call us at 972) 689-3170 and we will customize a spa party for you and all of your friends. We require a 50% deposit for groups of more than 4 people.
  • Are children allowed at the spa?
    For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing and peaceful environment for our clients, children are not permitted in the spa.
